School is starting Update #6

Here we are in our first week of school. I can't believe it is Sophie's last year of high school and Cale's last year of middle school. WOW! When we came here Sophie was starting Kindergarten and Cale was 1 1/2. Goodness Gracious, it's been a fun "ride." Haha. I love that they can walk to school and come home every day for lunch. I feel very blessed to have a close relationship with them and be able to be such a big part of their lives.

Wyatt has been busy fighting fires in the PNW area. He just got back from fighting the Amelia fires. They were choppered in and spent their days digging hot line and fighting hard against this fire. It was 34 acres and they were able to keep it contained so it didn't spread. Praise the Lord!

Emma just finished her summer as a counselor. She had a marvelous time and made many great friendships and memories. It was such a fantastic opportunity and we are so thankful she had it. Right now she is hanging out with my family getting ready to go back to JBU in a couple of weeks.

Now about us - We had our first guests come to stay at our guesthouse. It was a missionary family from India. They came to drop their daughter off at the dorm.
At the school, Garth is teaching two Bible classes and several PE classes. I am teaching a Food Prep class for Seniors. Sophie is in that class, so that makes it extra fun. And Garth has Cale in his PE class. We are settling into a routine, and looking for ways to be a blessing to those around us. Keep praying. We sure do love and miss you all.
