Have you ever been fishing for starfish? That is what Sophie and I did today. The waves at the beach were so strong and powerful and the tide was way up. I think that it stirred up the waters and sent a slew of starfish toward the beach. Sophie noticed one in the water and then the game was on to try and catch them. It was so much fun! We found five bright blue ones.
It rained hard the whole night before and the morning we were leaving. But after a few hours of being there it cleared up and was nice and sunny. We had a great time with the dorm kids playing human bowling, swinging on the swing, eating, lounging in the hammocks, and laughing. I am so very thankful that we live close enough to go to the beach. It is such a blessing and a wonderful reminder of how amazing and creative God is.
